Caran d'Ache Neocolor II
|
Neocolor II water-soluble crayons are premium quality artists’ wax pastels. Softer than colored pencils, denser than children's wax crayons and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Both wet and dry techniques can be combined in the same drawing. Exceptionally strong pigmentation allows light colors to cover dark colors. Water-soluble pastels are soft and easy to work with, have strong bright colors and are very economical thanks to their exceptional covering power & excellent lightfastness. Can be combined with Supracolor & Neocolor I. Pastels are soft enough to smudge with fingertips and are much firmer than oil pastels. Best of all, they are water-soluble. Each stick is 3/8" diameter × 4" long. Sets come in sturdy reusable metal box.
