| These collectible fine writing instruments are completely made by hand. The acrylic resin barrels are drilled, turned, and shaped by hand on lathe. The shell, which include mother-of-pearl, abalone, and paua, are specially imported from the South Pacific and must be of the best quality in a certain size and thickness in order to accommodate the designs. Then, it is cut according to the designs, grind, and carve it to fit on the round barrels before the painstaking hand polishing begins. All designs of this collection are limited editions only. |
