Every brush in the range is hand-crafted in the finest materials-from start to finish. Only the best European dressed red Kolinsky is blended by hand with state-of-art synthetic filaments to ensure consistent quality. The sapphire, with its distinctive blue handle are made of kiln-dried beech wood, forested in Maine, and multi-coated in high gloss lacquer to create an attractive and long-lasting finish. The sapphire comes in a choice of 14 styles in long and short handled brushes for painting in oils, acrylics, watercolor, inks and qouache. |
