In order to qualify for free shipping the order must be able to be shipped in a single, non-oversized package under 10 lbs. and must be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. If you have any questions regarding this offer, please email us at cosmos@theofficemarket.com.
EXCEPTIONS: Additional shipping charges will be added to International and U.S. Territory orders, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We will notify you of the cost before processing your order.
Truck shipment delivers your item to your curb or dock. The charge varies, based on distance, weight, bulk, etc. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing your order.
Orders placed by 8:00 a.m. are shipped same day. After 8:00 a.m. orders are shipped next day. Shipments are sent via UPS ground or priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Express mail, overnight mail, next day air, second day air, are also available for an additional charge. Please email cosmos@discountart.com for pricing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Money orders, checks or bank drafts may be mailed to Discount Art at PO Box 1169, Conway NH 03818. Money orders, checks or bank drafts should be made payable to Discount Art. Shipping charges to APO,FPO, HI, VI, PR, AK, are charge what the USPS charges us.


Prices are subject to change without notice. However we do make every attempt to keep our prices current. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
Orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING! Some exceptions due apply. Call for details.

Out of Stock Items

We strive to keep enough inventories on hand to meet the needs of our customers. However now and then items become out of stock. We do not backorder items that are out of stock. We will ship your order and notify you by email if an item is out of stock.

Damage and Shortage

Please inspect and count all packages when they arrive. If something is damage please note it on the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it. Please open and inspect the carton for hidden damage that was not obvious from looking at the outside of the box. If you discover internal damage please contact us immediately. Please check your products against the packing slip as soon as they arrive. If you believe there is a shortage email us immediately at cosmos@theofficemarket.com

Changing Online Orders

If you need to make a change to an order which you have already entered, please email as soon as possible to make sure that the change can be made. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please have your online order number available.

Orders Placed After Hours

Orders that are place after hours or on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.

Return Policy and Guarantees

Discount Art will exchange or refund any product returned to us within 30 days. Please have available your order number and call for a Return Authorization number. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip, in new condition, and in their original boxes. Please include a note for the reason of the return. Certain items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Ship your returns via an insured carrier such as UPS. Discount Art does not accept liability for returns that arrive to us damage.
Discount Art does not refund original shipping charges on returns.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning unwanted items.
